What's included in the price?

Compute (CPU + RAM), NVMe SSD storage, public IPv4 + IPv6, monthly bandwidth (1–10 TB depending on plan), full root access, free Let's Encrypt SSL via Caddy/Certbot, free snapshots, 7-day money-back. No setup fees, no first-month minimum.

What costs extra?

Additional IPv4 addresses (~$2/mo each), additional storage volumes (varies by city), and outbound bandwidth above included transfer (rare — most customers don't hit it). We don't bill for inbound bandwidth, snapshots, control-panel features, or 'managed services' that other hosts upcharge for.

How do quarterly and annual discounts work?

Quarterly cycle: ~5% off the monthly equivalent (paid every 3 months). Annual: ~20% off (paid up-front). The discount applies to every plan, in every city, in every currency.

Why are some cities cheaper than others?

Wholesale infrastructure costs vary across regions. Tier-3 datacenter capacity in Singapore or Dubai is more expensive than Sofia or Tirana. We pass through the actual cost differences instead of averaging — your São Paulo VPS pays São Paulo prices, your Manchester VPS pays Manchester prices.

Do you charge for support?

No. Every account gets ticket support included, no support-tier upcharges. Replies typically land in under an hour during business hours.

What about taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax)?

Prices on this page are pre-tax. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing country — UK customers see VAT, EU customers see VAT under the OSS scheme, customers outside our tax-jurisdictions pay no tax.
