Refund Policy

VPS & dedicated servers

Eligible for a full refund within 72 hours of provisioning, provided the service hasn't been used for prohibited activity. Cryptocurrency-paid orders are refunded as service credit (network fees + volatility make on-chain refunds messy).

Domain registrations

Domain registrations are non-refundableonce submitted to the registrar — they bill us upfront and ICANN policy doesn't allow reversal.

Add-ons & control panel licences

Pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of the current billing cycle, minus any third-party licence fees we've already paid (cPanel, Plesk, etc).

How to request

Open a ticket from your dashboard with the order number. Most refunds are processed within 3 business days; banks then take a further 5–10 days to land the funds.
