Terms of Service

1. Service

VPSoto provides Virtual Private Servers, dedicated servers, domain registration, and related add-on services. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VPSoto services to host or distribute illegal content, conduct network abuse (port scanning, DoS), send unsolicited bulk email, or violate any third-party rights. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

3. Billing & renewals

Services are billed in advance per the cycle you selected (monthly, quarterly, annual). Renewals occur automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We accept card payments via Stripe and cryptocurrency via NowPayments.

4. SLA

We target 99.9% uptime per service per month. Credits for confirmed downtime are issued as service-time extensions, not refunds.

5. Refunds

Eligible refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Termination

VPSoto may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, abuse, or breach of these Terms. You may cancel any active service at any time from your dashboard.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPSoto's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid for the affected service in the trailing twelve months.

8. Changes

We may amend these Terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
