Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited activity

• Distribution of malware, phishing kits, or stolen credentials.
• Unsolicited bulk email (spam) or mailing-list scraping.
• Network abuse: port scanning, DoS / DDoS reflection, spoofing.
• Hosting CSAM or content that infringes copyright/trademark/IP rights.
• Cryptocurrency mining without prior written authorisation (high-density CPU/GPU mining is grounds for immediate suspension).
• Operating Tor exit nodes (entry/relay nodes are permitted with notice).

Enforcement

Reports go to abuse@vpsoto.com. We typically notify and give 24 hours to remediate; in the case of active CSAM, ongoing DDoS, or confirmed phishing, the service is suspended immediately and law enforcement notified where required.

Reporting abuse against your service

If your VPS has been compromised, open an urgent ticket from your dashboard or email abuse@vpsoto.com with logs. We'll work with you to isolate, snapshot, and rebuild.
