We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for new VPS and dedicated server purchases. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, we'll provide a full refund of your hosting fees.
Once your server has been activated and you have accessed it, no refunds will be provided.Server activation occurs when:
- • You log into your server via SSH, RDP, or console
- • You install software or make configuration changes
- • You upload data or files to the server
- • The server has been running for more than 24 hours

To request a refund, please contact our billing department at billing@vpsoto.com or submit a support ticket through your client portal.
Refund requests must include your account information and reason for the refund. We may ask for additional information to process your request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency payments may take longer to process.
Our refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and our business. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for accounts that violate our Terms of Service or engage in abusive behavior. Repeated refund requests may result in account restrictions.
